• Diagnose electrical systems, components, and apparatus using test equipment and hand tools to identify and correct issues.
• Verify circuit continuity and system compatibility using appropriate testing devices.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues using problem‑solving techniques.
• Assist with wiring and testing HVAC products according to company standards.
• Perform wiring tasks as required.
• Set up and prepare standard and specialized laboratory instruments for product evaluation.
• Conduct performance, functional, calibration, and environmental tests on systems and components.
• Maintain and calibrate testing tools and laboratory instruments.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

• Associate degree or technical diploma in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or related engineering technology field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical components and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
