Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description

A reputable firm located in the metro area is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team of engineers to help lead teams throughout the design process. This firm is looking for an engineer who is motivated, driven, and able to mentor.

• Lead and coordinate design teams for various projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, or roadway
• Assist in determining scheduling and budget requirements.
• Support and be a part of business development initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Be able to manage and oversee multiple civil engineering projects.
• Manage client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D;
  Microstation, Hydrology/hydraulics software a plus
• Possess PE licensure
• 3+ years in providing technical leadership

• $120,000 to $150,000 on a base
• 401k with employer match
