Process Engineering Manager - Chiller at XNRGY Climate Systems

• Lead a team of engineers responsible driving manufacturing process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency
• Maintain all production work instruction documentation and tool lists
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Work in collaboration with Operations and Engineering to support production operations
• Work with a cross functional team for New Product Introduction ensuring that all manufacturing requirements are met. Launch new tools and work instructions for all new products
• Manage and develop a small talented team with a clear focus on growing people
• Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation)

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Experience:
  
  10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with at least 5 in a leadership role
• Proven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software
