* Job Responsibilities:

*** Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, commissioning, rework and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
* Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of process changes.

**** Bachelor’s degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years of Automotive industry related experience.** **(required)**

- ** Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes**  **, fixtures, and tooling.**
- ** Strong problem-solving skills, including ability*

* ** develop effective, creative solutions with*
* ** sound decision-making.**
- ** Ability to interpret and apply a range of instruction*
* ** formats (written, oral, diagrams**  **, schedules) and address problems*

- ** Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize*
* ** and manage multiple projects, and*
* ** meet deadlines, including extended hours*
* ** when needed.**

** Master’s degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Manufacturing with 2-3 years of Automotive industry related experience**
* ** Experience in training staff on equipment use / maintenance and providing leadership in equipment-related projects.**
* ** Familiarity with 3D CAD software**
* ** Knowledge of AutoCAD**
* ** Understanding of MES system and integration*
