Ensure the proposed changes contain the following fundamental safety management system components:
- a) Safety plan
- A safety plan that is a strategic action plan that compliments the Mesa Airlines business plan and analyses the current and prospective risk for Mesa Airlines and identifies through data analysis how the risks will be eradicated and controlled over a given period of time along with the financial impact associated with the plan.
- This plan is designed to ensure that there is a governance structure within Mesa Airlines that communicates the safety impact and obligations to all stakeholders, confirming the accountability to carry out those obligations.

- Your workers need to know what safety looks like -- what's going right and what's going wrong. This can only occur when they receive safety feedback from you, e.g. how many hazards were identified, the risk levels associated with those hazards and what control measures were implemented.
Provide continuing analysis and communication of RMS data to CASS Board.
