What We’re Looking For:
We need a Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience managing industrial projects. You’ll take the lead on job sites, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and up to quality standards. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and know how to get a team moving, this is the job for you.

Your Role Will Include:

• Running the show on-site—keeping everything on schedule and up to standard.
• Tracking productivity and ensuring the crew hits its goals.
• Troubleshooting technical challenges as they arise.
• Coordinating with GCs, subs, and inspectors to keep the project smooth.
