• Collects performance data and works with teachers to develop individual plans of study for JOM/Title VI students.
• Provides tutoring services for JOM/Title VI students.
• Sets performance goals with JOM/Title VI students and teachers and works with students to develop skills and reach set goals.
• Regularly monitors student progress and maintains a quarterly log of classroom activities with brief explanatory notes.
• Must be readily accessible to JOM/Title VI students and their families.
• Distributes supplies to JOM/Title VI students.
• Assists teachers and other school personnel with students, as-needed.
• Completes purchase orders for school activities involving JOM/Title VI students.
• Covers classes and assigned duties such as, lunch, playground and bus duties when requested.
• Assists with preparing and submitting reports to federal, state and regional governmental entities.
• Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor or administrator.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school or a passing score on the state-based paraprofessional test.

• Regular attendance following a designated work schedule; must be able to work extended hours and additional days/evenings as required by position responsibilities.
• Must be able to attend and participate in meetings and conferences scheduled.
