Psychiatry in Southern Arizona

Join an expanding health system committed to improving behavioral health access throughout southern Arizona. This outpatient psychiatry position offers a modern practice environment, supportive resources, and the stability to build a meaningful, balanced career in a region known for sunshine, space, and year-round recreation.

Practice Details

Outpatient-only model within a mission-driven, community-focused health system
Provide care for children, adolescents, and adults in a renovated, integrated clinic space
Strong administrative and mid-level support to streamline workflow
No hospital duties, no inpatient rounding, and no call
Schedule

Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No nights, weekends, or call obligations
Lower patient volume to support thoughtful, relationship-based care
Built-in administrative time each week
Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary with opportunities for performance incentives
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Full benefits including CME, malpractice with tail, and 401(k)

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults
Open to both early-career and experienced psychiatrists
