Packaging Production Designer
Full-Time, near Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $65K-$75K

We are partnering with a well-established consumer brand seeking a Full-Time Packaging Production Designer to support multiple product lines. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in the details and understands that great packaging is equal parts of creativity and precision. You will work alongside a collaborative creative team to keep packaging systems tight and scalable.

• Execute packaging and label updates across multiple SKUs and product lines
• Create accurate, press-ready artwork based on approved brand guidelines
• Support brand refreshes and compliance-driven changes
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and quality teams for seamless rollouts
• Maintain structured file management and naming conventions
• Confirm all output meets printer specs and production requirements

• 4+ years of packaging production experience in CPG, pharma, or supplements
• Deep understanding of print production and packaging file preparation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience working on Mac systems
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field

This is a 100% onsite position based in the nearby Phoenix, AZ area. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
