The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role will handle Digital Banking Support & Frontline Support for current and potential customers. The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR), will will support inbound customer inquiries and resolve customer issues by delivering world‑class customer service.

- Communicate a variety of information to the customer.

- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Two years customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Basic Knowledge and Understanding of Remittances is desired
- Prior financial services experience preferred
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
- The understanding you will be working on‑site at our state‑of‑the‑art campus in Mesa, AZ
- Availability:
Full time (some shifts may depend on availability).
