• Support customers by phone, email, and chat, creating exceptional service experiences.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and positive customer support.

• Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful support.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Learn our offerings inside and out—becoming a knowledgeable go‑to resource.

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry a plus).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!).
• A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
