Position OverviewCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They deliver superior service, educate customers on our products, and maintain company quality standards while following all policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educating customers on our products and services
- Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Using our point‑of‑sale system to access information and process transactions
- Resolving customer complaints or referring issues to the Store Manager for resolution
- Helping maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
- Performing other duties as instructed by management
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Integrity and honesty
- Flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Ability to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
