Social Media Content Creator​/Specialist

Courtesy Automotive Group is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our growing Marketing Team. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing content, telling stories through video, and bringing brands to life online.

You will help showcase our dealerships, vehicles, events, and team members through engaging social media content across multiple platforms. From filming quick Tik Toks on the lot to capturing highlights at dealership events, you will play a key role in helping our stores stay active and relevant on social media.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and Tik Tok using Social Pilot & social channel applications.
• Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media, internal communications, and company events with potential for both short form & long form video.
• Travel locally between Phoenix Dealerships (regularly) and to San Diego (occasionally)
• Support on-site activations and event execution with the Marketing Team.
• Guide and assist dealership “social butterflies” in social media best practices to assist with social media efforts.

• Proven experience managing social media content, both organic and paid.
• Comfortable using camera equipment and video/photo editing software.
• Regular 9-5 hours but ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturday or Sunday for events and late afternoons.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• $21–$25 per hour
  , depending on experience.
• Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend events.
