Temporary Junior Producer; Position

Contract Term: March 12, 2026 – May 31, 2026

Location: Mesa, Arizona (On-site production with occasional virtual team meetings)

Compensation: $18.00 per hour | Paid Weekly

JC Visuals Group is seeking a Production Assistant / Junior Producer (Contract) to support our production team during a short-term engagement.

This role focuses on on-set production support
, assisting with equipment preparation, filming logistics, and maintaining efficient production operations during scheduled client shoots.

The Production Assistant / Junior Producer works directly alongside the Executive Director and Senior Producer
, helping ensure production days run smoothly and efficiently. This position is intended for individuals who already have hands-on experience working on professional video production sets and understand the expectations of working within a structured production environment.

• Assist with camera setup, lighting preparation, and equipment organization prior to filming
• Support the production team during filming sessions and maintain efficient on-set operations
• Assist with general production logistics including equipment setup and teardown
• Maintain strong situational awareness and respond quickly to direction from production leadership
• Capture additional supporting video footage when directed
• Help maintain a professional and organized production environment throughout the shoot

• Minimum 1 year of experience working on professional video production sets in a production assistant, junior producer, or similar support role
• Working knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and standard production workflows
• Ability to follow direction from production leadership while remaining efficient in fast-paced filming environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail on set
• Professional communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients during production sessions
• Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive fully prepared for scheduled production days

• Experience supporting commercial productions, branded content shoots, or agency-led productions
• Familiarity working within structured production teams and defined on-set roles
