Qualifications- 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction
- Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients and design teams
- Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes
- Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
- Managing bids from vendors and contractors
- Presenting prepared estimates to management to owners and clients
- Working with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills
