Experienced Commercial & Residential Roofing Estimator
- Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
- Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements
- Assessing the cost-effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops
- Inspecting damaged roofs to determine the extent of necessary repairs and provide an accurate cost estimate

- Presenting prepared estimates to clients, including detailed explanations of cost factors
- Maintaining records of estimated and actual costs for future reference
