Salary : $65,000 – $80,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Coordinator to support our restoration projects Arizona. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist in budget management and cost tracking.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Must have previous restoration coordination experience
• Proven experience in construction coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of restoration processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience with residential and commercial restoration projects.
