Where you come in:
  • Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments.
  • Design, manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process, including custom labeling, documentation, and vendor systems data entry.
  • Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, ensuring action tracking and completion.
  • Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned.
  • Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects as assigned.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams at Dexcom, including Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing.
  • Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives.
  • Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment, ensuring strong communication and alignment with cross‑shift partners and day‑shift leadership.
  • Utilize Oracle EBS to execute, troubleshoot, and support warehouse functions; prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued.
  • Develop your team through coaching, accountability, and daily reinforcement of Dexcom culture, fostering a high‑performing and respectful night‑shift environment.

  • You must have a good working knowledge of inventory operation to include but not limited to cycle counting and transactions review.
  • You must have experience with Oracle Warehouse Manage Systems to perform and train others to warehouse functions of receiving, inventory management, order picking and shipping.
  • You have knowledge of transportation scheduling for both inbound and outbound shipments.

Experience and Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience Informal management/team lead experience.
