Tesla Auto Technician

We are looking for an experienced EV Service Technician to join our growing dealership team. We work heavily with Tesla and other late-model electric vehicles, so this role is a great fit for a technician who already has EV experience and wants to keep building that skill set in a fast-moving dealership environment. Our ideal candidate is confident with diagnostics, repair, and general service work, and is comfortable working around high-voltage systems, modern vehicle technology, and electrical troubleshooting.

Tesla experience is a major plus, but we are also open to technicians with broader EV or hybrid experience who are sharp, motivated, and ready to grow.

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric vehicles, including Tesla and other EV models
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
• Complete reconditioning and service work to prepare vehicles for sale and delivery
• Follow proper safety procedures when working with EV systems, tools, and components

• Previous automotive technician experience with EV, hybrid, or advanced electrical system knowledge
• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working with modern vehicle technology
• Tesla experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with relevant EV experience

$30 - $40 hourly
