Job Title: Escrow Support Processor

Location: Mesa, AZ (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour to $19.00/hour

Duration: 3 Months

Schedule: Full-Time Typically 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm | Overtime may be required during peak closing periods

The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical support for residential escrow transactions by processing documentation related to the opening and closing of escrow files. This role supports branch offices by handling high-volume administrative work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

• Process high volumes of escrow documentation related to the opening and closing of residential escrow files
• Ensure escrow files are set up accurately and maintained according to company procedures
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with escrow regulations
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
• Support month-end and peak closing cycles which may require overtime

• High school diploma or equivalent (must be verifiable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities
• Self‑motivated with strong decision‑making skills
• Ability to follow established escrow procedures and compliance guidelines
• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained in escrow processing procedures

• 100% onsite position
