Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our client's growing finance team. This role will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, month‑end close activities, and financial reporting, while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement. • Prepare and post journal entries; maintain accurate general ledger records
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Participate in process improvements and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Net Suite, Quick Books, Sage, or similar preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
