About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quick-learning Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports core accounting functions and requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while mastering new processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general accounting tasks within our accounting system
• Manage, organize, and process documents using Outlook, Adobe, and PDF tools
• Use Excel regularly to review, organize, and enter data (Excel skills test required)
• Support the accounting team with various administrative and data-entry functions
• Adapt quickly to new tasks and workflow processes

Qualifications

• Some experience in accounting or accounting-related work (AP experience not required)
• Strong basic Excel skills (filtering, sorting, formulas, data entry)
• Proficiency with Outlook, Adobe, and handling PDF documents
• Experience working within an accounting software/system
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
