• Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Support check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Uphold internal controls and audit standards
• Provide responsive, professional support to internal stakeholders and vendors

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
