A company is looking for a General Ledger Accounting Manager to lead general ledger operations and technical accounting activities in a complex, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including complex accounting areas such as debt, derivatives, and equity.
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, including billing, settlements, and eliminations.
- Oversee joint venture accounting and support the setup of new legal entities, including accounting structures and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting and at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, consolidations, and multi-entity structures.
- Experience with entity setup, funding flows, M&A accounting, debt instruments, and derivatives.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and advanced Excel skills.
