** Who You Are:
** The Senior Staff Accountant will assist in various accounting and bookkeeping activities, including balancing accounts; maintain confidentiality of all sales, profits, expense and personnel information; perform all duties assigned by the Controller and Accounting Manager.
** What You'll Do:
*** Make recurring journal entries to the general ledger.
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including the intercompany account, monthly to ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
* Perform cash reconciliations.
* Prepare all accounting schedules as requested by the Accounting Manager.
* Perform monthly P&L review and analysis.
* Assist in resolving any issues on customer billings.
* Complete ad hoc requests as necessary.
* Practice and promote teamwork at all times.  Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
* Ability to work independently and resolve problems as they arise.
* Monitor all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety
** Must Have's:
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline required.
* 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
* Strong excel skills required.
