Job title: Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: West London

Terms: 08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours) Overtime Available

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or High-End Residential properties
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing

About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to be based in West London looking after High-End Residential properties. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile AC Engineer to their team.

About the role/Benefits:

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-17:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge
