Brand Ambassador

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to work for CPM as a Brand Ambassador representing Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt, one of the world’s leading providers of power tools and power tool accessories. Earn £28,000 plus a 10% bonus, company van and equipment (tools and merchandise). This is a permanent, full‑time role with 37.5 hours per week.

Please note that national travel may be required. Some flexibility may be applied to cover weekend events, which may be high profile. Certain calls require an early start to allow for travel.

• Visiting trade tool and DIY retailers in your territory as the ambassador for Stanley and DeWalt products, raising brand awareness and profile with both trade counter staff and customers.
• Influencing the distribution, availability and visibility of all SBD products, ensuring they are always available, highly visible and displayed effectively.
• Actively demonstrating products, their features and benefits, and engaging people with the brand.
• Delivering clear, precise training to stores and end users so both brands become the destination choice.
• Building strong working relationships with key contacts, educating them on the product range to increase sales in store.
• Attending and supporting key national events throughout the year.
• Consistently identifying, executing and influencing local store initiatives to increase availability and visibility for both brands.
• Identifying potential opportunities for additional sales and influencing relevant store personnel to implement.

• You’re a great communicator able to build and maintain excellent relationships with trade and DIY employees, business owners and customers.
• You are confident in demonstrating products (full product training is provided).
• You are a self‑starter, able to work on your own initiative and share great ideas.
• You enjoy being out on the road and have a full driving licence that enables you to drive in the UK.
• You are looking for a great full‑time role working Monday to Friday but are happy with occasional weekend work to attend exhibitions and county shows.
