• You will earn a salary of £25,500 – £30,000 (Base £25,500, with uncapped on‑target earnings of c £30,000)

• Inspire customers with creative, personalised kitchen designs that convert into sales
• Build trust by guiding customers through the full journey – showroom, home visit, and final fit
• Promote value‑adding services, including installation and flexible finance options
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the project, managing every detail to ensure a smooth experience
• Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new ways to deliver exceptional results

• Experience working towards sales targets (retail experience a bonus)
• Communicate with warmth, clarity and commercial savvy
• Eye for design or passion to develop one, with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, to support customers
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home design visits
