Hours: 40 hours over 4 days per week

What You'll Be Doing- Consulting and performing routine surgery to a high standard
- Managing medical cases with confidence and care
- Working collaboratively with RVNs and support staff
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Small animal experience (or the confidence to grow into it)
- A team-first mindset with a calm, professional approach
- Someone who values quality medicine and work–life balance
