Pasting Belt Operator

Are you passionate about operational excellence, quality, and efficiency in food production? We’re looking for a Pasting Belt Operator who enjoys hands‑on work, supports continuous improvement, and thrives in a precise, responsible team.

• Operate all pasting belts and follow quality, safety, and legal standards.
• Inspect products and complete all required documentation accurately.
• Set up equipment according to specifications and adjust settings as needed.
• Carry out product changeovers, cleaning tasks, and equipment strip‑downs.
• Communicate effectively with the Cream Floor, Key Operator, and Oven Operator.
• Perform quality checks and resolve basic operational issues.
• Maintain a clean working environment following “clean‑as‑you‑go” principles.
• Support and train new staff and participate in required training.
• Uphold company values: entrepreneurial, no‑nonsense, reliable, enthusiastic, and craftsmanship‑focused.

• Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.
