This is a hybrid role with at least one (1) day in the office per week (every Wednesday).

Audit Board is looking for an Alliance Solutions Manager with a strong background in any of the following areas:
Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance, internal audit, enterprise risk management, IT and security compliance. This individual will aspire to be a product expert in the Audit Board platform and be able to navigate complex risk/audit/control environments, convince partners to ‘tech‑enable’ their customers’ ARC environments, and convey a high‑value proposition.

This person will facilitate product demonstrations, training, answer product/sales questions, seek inclusion into new sales opportunities, and work seamlessly with the Audit Board Alliance Directors, Area Directors, and Account Executives to drive field penetration and traction.

• Seek out opportunities to evangelize Audit Board’s value to partners.
• Lead compelling demonstrations and training of the Audit Board suite of products to Audit Board partners tailored to a partner’s GTM approach, either through online or onsite meetings.
• Maintain accurate mapping of partners’ field teams, penetration rates across our practice lines, and identify opportunities to increase our footprint.
• Maintain deep competitor intelligence to present key product competitive differentiators to partners.
• Mentor and cross‑train partner resources and develop partner members’ skills and expertise.
• Support Audit Board’s key partners as the go‑to subject matter expert on Audit Board.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, CAS, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate to partners.
• Manage and maintain partner demo sites and sandboxes.
• Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships that will create new business opportunities.

• 5–9 years working experience within Big 4 consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance and/or Risk Management.
• BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Expert understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal audit methodology. Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, presentation and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Successful demonstrated experience managing and working with internal cross‑functional teams and product engineering groups.
• Successful demonstrated experience communicating and reporting to Senior leadership.
• Nice to have: understanding of common compliance frameworks such as COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST and industry‑recognized guidance such as NIST.
• Ability to flourish in a high growth and fast‑paced tech environment.
• Is a builder, works well in newly created roles, and enjoys.
• Ability to travel for onsite meetings. Expectation 30–40%.
• Deep understanding of Audit Board functionality/technical product preferred.
