Your set days of work will be Monday and Friday, and your other days of work may vary Transport:
Please note that our location is not accessible by public transport.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Garwnant team in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests.

Housekeeping Supervisor Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Open all year round, you supervise a specific number of cabins each changeover day, maintaining high brand standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Housekeeping Team, ensuring high morale and productivity.
  • Deliver adequate training, equipping the team with knowledge to meet high standards.
  • Ensure each cabin is stocked with correct inventory and meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Conduct basic health and safety checks, including inspecting smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
  • Monitor and maintain quality of cabin cleanliness, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping/cleaning position, or similar, is essential.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Passion for the outdoors and motivation throughout all weather conditions.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
  • A willingness to get involved, take initiative, and support the team as needed.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards.
