Housekeeping Supervisor RoleAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Open all year round, you supervise a specific number of cabins each changeover day, maintaining high brand standards of cleanliness and guest experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the Housekeeping Team, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Deliver adequate training, equipping the team with knowledge to meet high standards.
- Ensure each cabin is stocked with correct inventory and meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct basic health and safety checks, including inspecting smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
- Monitor and maintain quality of cabin cleanliness, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping/cleaning position, or similar, is essential.
- Experience leading a team.
- Passion for the outdoors and motivation throughout all weather conditions.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
- A willingness to get involved, take initiative, and support the team as needed.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards.
