About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of our finance systems ecosystem — ensuring our platforms talk to each other smoothly, our data is accurate, and our processes scale with the business.

You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising Sage Intacct
, its integration with Salesforce
, and related tools, including Ava Tax
, Data Blend
, and expense platforms such as Expensify or SAP Concur
.

Key Responsibiliti
es

• Owning and optimising the Salesforce–Intacct integration
• Managing and enhancing Sage Intacct and related finance tools
• Troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and data workflows
• Partnering with Finance to improve billing, invoicing, and revenue processes
• Supporting system changes, upgrades, and releases
• Providing expert guidance and support to business users
• Contributing to compliance, audit readiness, and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 5+ years in systems administration or integrations, including strong finance systems experience

✔ Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct

✔ Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems (Data Blend or similar tools ideal)

✔ A strong understanding of billing, revenue recognition, expenses, and tax processes

✔ Confidence in troubleshooting APIs and automation workflows

✔ The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and finance stakeholders

• Experience with Ava Tax or expense management platforms
• Familiarity with analytics or data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI)
• Salesforce or Sage Intacct certifications
• Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
