• Manage engineering work orders, scheduling, and compliance activities
• Act as a key liaison between engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Maintain and administer the CAFM system
• Support audits, reporting, purchasing, and documentation

You’ll bring proven experience coordinating engineering, FM, or maintenance services within a high‑end, corporate, or critical environment—ideally supporting financial, technology, or professional services clients. You’ll be confident working in a customer‑facing setting, highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable handling multiple priorities with professionalism.
