Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. If you are dedicated, caring, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observe, assess, and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting changes promptly.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to support optimal patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, always upholding the highest standards of care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
