Pay Rate: $42.10 - $48/hour (Depending on experience and shift)

Shifts Available
  • Shift A: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
  • Shift B: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
  • Shift C: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Friday – Sunday)
  • Shift D: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Friday – Sunday)
Job Summary
  • Configure new production work areas with necessary tooling and equipment to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays during high‑rate manufacturing transition.
  • Operate precision calibrated tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, etc.) to maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Drill precision holes to tight tolerance.
  • Install structural fasteners.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles to promote safety and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and test payload systems and hardware by applying materials, conducting painting, sealing, composite layup, repairs, testing, and assisting with vehicle assembly and installation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, structures, and related fields.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: basic use of hand tools & drills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Experience with precision calibration tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, and optical measuring instruments.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights (work stands, ladders, lifts) and/or in confined spaces.
  • Expertise in various applications, including adhesives, sealants, and thermal blankets.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry certification, trade school training and/or degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of precision assembly processes and handling large aerospace components.
  • Strong technical and leadership skills with keen attention to detail, essential for leading teams in complex integration tasks.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in teams to foster a positive work environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for optimizing processes, driving innovation.
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
