We’re looking for an energetic, people‑focused Location Manager to lead operations at our client site at Blue Origin in Cape Canaveral. In this role, you will be at the center of daily service execution—ensuring an exceptional experience for our client, coaching a high‑performing team, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, mission‑driven environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
As the Location Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the site. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead the daily operations of attendants and Micro Market routes—planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to ensure top-tier service.
- Coordinate and oversee product deliveries
to client locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. - Serve as the primary client partner
, maintaining strong communication, trust, and collaboration. - Coach, mentor, and develop your team
—supporting growth, performance, morale, and teamwork. - Provide ongoing, real‑time
feedback and recognition
to attendants on service quality, productivity, safety, and client engagement. - Manage weekly inventory with precision; place orders to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Champion a strong
Service and Safety culture
, using your leadership to boost employee engagement and strengthen client partnerships. - Recruit, train, and retain top talent
, building a cohesive and high‑performing team. - Ensure exceptional
retail convenience execution
across all client sites. - Resolve client service issues
, conducting daily Micro Market visits to identify and address opportunities. - Foster clear, effective
communication at all levels
—team, client, and internal partners. - Maintain accurate
business and administrative records
, including personnel files, invoices, inventory logs, and client documentation.
What You Bring
- Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles
- Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities independently and efficiently
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Valid passport or original birth certificate
- Valid driver’s license
