ERP Business Process Manager

As an ERP Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, testing, controlling, and optimizing the operational processes and procedures within Airbus US. You will also be responsible for the material management domain and for the quality & integrity of business data (consistency of reliable, relevant, and usable data). You will lead process excellence through continuous improvements projects and collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP ERP modules and their integration with organizational processes.

• Design, document, test, control, and optimize operational processes and procedures within Airbus US.
• Responsible for the material management domain and for the quality & integrity of business data (consistency of reliable, relevant, and usable data).
• Lead process excellence through continuous improvements projects and collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows.
• Require a deep understanding of SAP ERP modules and their integration with organizational processes.

• Monitor and ensure accurate implementation of cross-functional business processes by executing process control methods.
• Review master data accuracy, identify root causes of discrepancies and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Review As-Designed, As-Planned and the As-Building, performing the ASB reconciliation when expected.
• Deliver accurate master data in a timely manner to process owners and internal customers including Finance and Configuration.
• Manage off nominal cases in FAL when requested by performing transactions in the background at SAP and SCADA systems.

• Lead the material creation process. Ensure that new materials are completed on time.
• Perform risk assessments and prepare data analytics reports according to the needs of the process owners.

  Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
• Preferred
  :
  Masters degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering

• At least six years of experience with SAP ERP System. Strong knowledge of the Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Basic knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP modules.
• Proficient in Excel with experience in creating automated reports.
• Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications, and able to quickly master new computerized tools including Jira, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of process engineering, process simulations, and process related standards. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio.

• SAP Certification in Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM).
• Knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP modules.

• Minimum six years of experience in business process management in a manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of the business processes for the following domains: manufacturing & testing engineering, production planning, manufacturing & testing execution, quality management, procurement, logistics, material management.
