Overview
At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re developing reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight. This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance, with Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will design and deliver 3D models and drawings for mechanical structures and mechanisms supporting ground systems and Tooling at LC-36 and the Rocket Factory. You will apply drafting standards and GD&T, create build-to and installation packages, manage product structures and change notices in Windchill, perform model and drawing checks, and collaborate with build and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time execution.

- Use Creo AFX to develop structural frameworks, platforms, and support assemblies
- Generate build-to and installation packages and incorporate redlines from field fit-up
- Manage product structures, BOMs, and configuration baselines in Windchill; drive change notices through release reviews
- Perform model and drawing check activities and support continuous improvement of drafting standards
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and site operations to resolve design and build issues
