Hybrid Onsite 5 days/week, alternating weeks in Merrimack, NH
Our client operates within wealth solutions and seeks a Full Stack Engineer to deliver secure, scalable web applications. The environment is agile and collaborative, with a focus on Angular, Node.js, REST, and Java to support mission‑critical products for implementation and experiences.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Build, test, and engineer web applications using Angular, Node.js, REST, and Java.
- Quickly gain understanding of application components and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define product solutions in partnership with business and product teams.
- Promote good engineering practices and standards across the team.
- Navigate new technologies and cloud-based deployments to deliver business value.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform code reviews and implement unit and integration tests using open‑source frameworks.
- Lead process and technology improvement initiatives proactively.
- Stay current on engineering trends and bring applicable practices to the team.
- Help in the design, build, and support of mission‑critical enterprise software applications.
- 3+ years in API design and development with microservices architecture using Java, REST, Node.js, and Swagger.
- 3+ years of responsive and progressive modern web application development.
- Hands‑on test automation experience with tools such as Cypress, Playwright, and Rest Assured, including unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Advocate of Test Driven Development with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Jasmine.
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and Git Hub.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues using tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and frameworks.
- AWS experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
