Responsibilities- Lead Supervisor role is an integral part of the store’s overall success; modeling the behaviors needed to drive Sales and Operational Processes. This individual shows exemplary performance behaviors, represents Coach at its highest standards, and can adapt to all roles within the store environment.
- Sales responsibilities include understanding objectives, endorsing and developing the team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations, enforcing sales strategies, and driving store and financial results through personal and team selling, clienteling, and effective coaching.
- Operational responsibilities include managing daily tasks, demonstrating strong business acumen, communicating with supervisors, maintaining store upkeep, and using retail systems to inform decisions.
- Leverages tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling, driving sales and achieving individual and team goals.
- Works with Store Manager(s) to adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques; ensures daily tasks are completed without impacting Coach standards.

- Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), ability to use walkie talkie, read price and product release sheets.
- Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver on the sales floor and stock room; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.

BASE PAY RANGE: $16.00 to $23.50 hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and other pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
