We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a full‑time position at Old Navy in Merrimack. If you thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoy engaging customers, join our team.

You will be an essential part of our store’s customer experience, using your product knowledge and retail technology to educate and inspire shoppers while driving sales and building brand loyalty.

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience through omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals that support overall store objectives.
• Support various store areas—sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house—as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• A good communicator who can effectively interact with customers and the team to meet goals.
• A customer‑focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• A problem‑solver with a focus on continuous improvement, always learning and taking action.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule—holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Proficient with retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.
