You will manage operations including Defined Benefit Processing and legal documents, leading a team of U.S. and Indian associates. Key responsibilities include ensuring service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree, 8–10+ years of experience in operations management, and strong leadership skills.

This position is full-time and hybrid, requiring onsite work bi-weekly.
