Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst on the Client Implementations team partners with Client Services and Operations teams to successfully onboard and implement new clients on the Client platform. This role involves coordinating multiple responsibilities across teams to ensure timely and accurate task completion while continuously improving the efficiency and quality of the implementation process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

• Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to implement new clients on the Client platform.
• Coordinate responsibilities among team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of implementation tasks.
• Facilitate collaboration across functional teams to support successful client onboarding.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical or system solutions.
• Troubleshoot system and implementation issues to ensure smooth client deployments.
• Support the improvement of implementation processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful system implementation.
• Communicate project progress and implementation updates to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with system analysis, documentation, and execution of SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Systems Analyst or similar roles (7–9+ years preferred).
• Experience working with Java-based products or systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge with experience creating and executing queries.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functional teams.

• Experience working in client-facing implementation or consulting environments.
• Broad understanding of client services and business operations.
• Experience with strategic thinking and process improvement initiatives.
