Title:
Service Now Analyst/Developer - JavaScript/Python
Location:Merrimack, NH
Must-Haves:- 5+ years Service Now configuration experience or 2+ years of Service Now development experience
- Coding experience – Java script and Python
- Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
- Experience with end‑to‑end test planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced, agile environment
- HR Platform experience would be a nice to have
- Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience
- 5+ years Service Now configuration experience or 2+ years of Service Now development experience
- Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
- Experience with end‑to‑end test planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced, agile environment
- Coding experience would be a nice to have (Java script)
- Platform experience
