We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for our client in the Financial Services domain.

This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension
Location: Merrimack, NH (Hybrid)
Salary: $55.00-$60.00/Hour

Primary Skills: Systems Analysis and Software Solutions
Role Description: The Senior Systems Analyst must have 5+ years of experience.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
• Experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to sophisticated software systems
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
• Strong understanding and experience with relational database schemas and SQL management tools
• Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs
• Deep knowledge of scrum tools — Jira experience desirable
• Good knowledge of Behavior Driven Development — Gherkin/Cucumber
• Reverse engineer code to understand business logic and develop prototypes (Excel Macros/Java/Angular)
• Have good understanding of solution architecture
• Experience building Open API contracts
• Prod incidents analysis including Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts

• Preferred knowledge of Angular TS/Java Spring boot
• Strong SQL is a must
• Strong ability to create data flow diagrams from scratch
• Strong ability to interpret and even reverse engineer the existing business logic
• Strong understanding of APIs, contracts, and documentation
• Ability to interpret architect’s design
• High level of understanding of AWS architecture and core services
• Log and monitoring for failure analysis and prod issue troubleshooting
