Job Description:
** The Role
** Fidelity Investments is seeking a strategic and experienced Director-level to join a high-impact team dedicated to attracting and retaining business in our 401k client and prospect base. This role is a significant opportunity to accelerate your career at one of America's leading financial services companies. In this role you will serve as a key presenter and trusted partner to Fidelity clients and financial advisors, delivering dynamic, high-impact presentations that clearly communicate to the value of Fidelity’s cyber programs and its role in enhancing cyber resilience.
Lead initiatives to drive adoption of custom training, ongoing awareness programs, and tools designed to proactively assess cybersecurity posture and protect sensitive information.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Client Engagement & Program Advocacy:
** Serve as a key ambassador for Fidelity’s customer protection program, delivering compelling presentations to clients, advisors, and industry audiences on cybersecurity, fraud, privacy, and AI. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to drive program adoption and demonstrate its impact on mitigating cyber risk.
* ** Thought Leadership:
** Represent Fidelity in external forums and webinars delivering clear and engaging presentations that highlight the program’s benefits and Fidelity’s commitment to helping clients strengthen their cybersecurity resilience.
* ** Program Strategy & Execution**:
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the program offerings, including assessments, training, and awareness initiatives. Shape and contribute to educational materials—including articles, toolkits, and alerts—that reinforce Fidelity’s commitment to cyber resilience.

* Experience:
** Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or a related domain recommended, with at least 5 years in a leadership or client-facing role. Prior experience in the financial services and cybersecurity and/or technology risk management a plus. Professional certification (CISSP, CISA, or equivalent) expected.
* ** Communication
Skills:
** Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging, high-impact presentations to executive-level audiences and large groups.
* ** Proactivity:
** A highly motivated and proactive mindset with the willingness to take ownership and lead.
