The Technical Project Delivery Manager will lead and coordinate technology projects supporting late-stage private market business initiatives.
This role involves managing the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, effort estimation, scheduling, design, implementation, testing, and approvals.
The position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
- Facilitate planning and analysis of work for upcoming increments and quarters.
- Manage delivery calendars and monitor development progress to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate workflow for committed features and work items across multi-functional teams.
- Support product management and architecture teams in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Maintain and update program increment work status; run weekly team sync meetings.
- Promote smooth communication between departments and enhance process efficiency.
- Create and manage delivery calendars for each program increment.
- Ensure compliance with project management principles and methodologies.
- Assist in refining epics, defining acceptance criteria, and validating end-to-end solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Information Technology, including software development and project management.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage dependencies.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Experience in equity compensation or financial services technology.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Agile frameworks, and test-driven development practices.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams.
