As an early career technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on high‑impact projects such as:

Help untangle 20K+ routing rules that steer phone, email, and chat to the right associates as we build a rules intelligence layer for the next generation Contact Center. You’ll catalog current rules, design a simplification framework and proposal, and prototype an AI data model to translate rules to the next platform. You’ll work with Amazon Memory

DB, Open Search, and Bedrock and drive measurable impact by cutting rule volume, accelerating business changes, and improving customer experience.

• Degree in Information Systems, Analytics or a related field
• Strong system analysis capabilities and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with XML development
• AI/ML mindset and willingness to learn emerging technologies

• Contribute to projects that enable critical technology transformation.
• Work alongside experienced professionals who will guide your development.
