** The Role
** Seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat Scrum Leader to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing product offering in FIA Experiences. You will support one cross-functional squad, engaging with all team members and the Squad Leader to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.
** The Expertise and Skills You Bring
*** Deep experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives
* Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
* Deep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desirable
* Excellent systems analysis skills
* Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
* Experience with REST APIs and tools that support like Postman etc
* Good understanding of overall systems designs & architecture
* Must have excellent documentation skills.
* Knowledge with Structured Query Language (SQL)
* Experience with Agile development methodologies
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject area
* Ability to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies
* Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
* Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
* Effective communication and people-interaction skills
* Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
* Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements
* Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems

* * This team is looking for Senior Systems Analyst to be part of its multidimensional, distributed team of IT professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of FIA Experiences Tech Platform. The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles. You will partner with other members on the squad to accelerate value delivery, by acting as a change agent, role model, and teacher.

You will support them as they mature in their understanding and application of agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum ceremonies) and help remove impediments to fully realizing the benefits of working in an Agile format and structure. You will assist the Product Owner with requirement gathering and story writing and participate in a wider Scrum of Scrums to help influence standard methodologies at a tribe level.##
